Based in Germany, Nico Ertmann is a realism specialist whose work is as technically refined as it is emotionally grounded. His tattoos are known for their incredible attention to detail, smooth gradients, deep contrast, and a sense of depth that feels almost photographic.

But it’s not just Nico’s art that stands out. It’s him. Thoughtful, humble, and full of heart, Nico is one of those rare artists who leaves an impression far beyond the tattoo chair. He’s deeply committed to his craft, constantly refining his skills and sharing his knowledge with peers and clients alike.

With years of experience and a solid reputation in the tattoo community, Nico has built a loyal following. He’s someone people trust not just with their skin, but with their stories. His sessions are calm, collaborative, and always focused on getting the very best result.

In 2025, Nico co-founded CHROMA Tattoo, a studio built on friendship, quality, and shared values. Together with fellow artists Alex Reinke, Daniel Plesnik and Sascha, he created a space that’s more than a studio, it’s a creative family.

CHROMA is known for its welcoming vibe, high standards, and diverse range of artistic styles. Here, artists lift each other up, push boundaries, and focus on giving every client an experience that feels personal and unforgettable.

Whether you’re another artist looking to connect or a client searching for something real and lasting. With Nico, you’re in good hands. And good company.
