By updating to software version “5” you’ll benefit from improvements in system stability and a bug fix that resolves the “Low Voltage” message when the battery is half full and prevents the machine from occasionally freezing.

What’s new in software version 4r?
- Fixes a bug in the software that caused the machine to shut down prematurely due to an empty battery. With the update, the machine’s battery now lasts significantly longer.
What’s new in software version 5?
- Fixes a software bug that caused the machine to freeze and stop responding to button presses when shutting down automatically or saving presets.
- If you wake up your ACUS M2 or M2 xtd tattoo machine using the plus or minus button and hold it down for too long, the speed will no longer change on its own.
